Bought mine but will only know once I get the freaking baffles out... Hasnt been an easy task.... The reviews on them here in the forum are great though. Increases perfomance as well as sound. I havent heard one bad thing about them yet!
When researching about them, I love the way it made the pipes sound.... do a little search and you will be able to find videos as well as possibly going to a rally or a local harley and hearing the different sounds... Hope this helps!

I Have the quiet baffles Here's a before and after video.
Video doesn't do sound justice. Big city has a deeper mellower sound.

I have had them on my V&H shortshots for a couple years now and really like them. Get lots of compliments on the sound. I highly recommend.

I had a set of Monster Baffles on a previous bike. Loved the product and not that you'll need it, but the company is really good with providing post-sale support

Alot more noise, no more power. Only way they will make more power is if they are installed in pipes that had no baffles to begin with. Try the V&H quiet baffles for decent tone and more power.
