Is there any frame change from 2001 through 2008 softail models (Custom and Night Trains)
Basically HD sells a front spoiler kit for the 2001 through 2006 and same kit for 2007 to present. Fifty dollar differance from the two kits. I believe there was not any frame change from 2001 to present. Anyone know the answer?
Could it be the location or mounting of the rectifier, not so much the frame?
I went to look at pics of the two. In 07 the engine went to 96ci and the oil filter looks as if it changed position. But I'm only comparing 2 pictures, I can't tell for sure.

In 2006 they changed the fxst line of bikes to the 200mm tire, so there was definitely a frame change. The frame itself may be wider in the front as well, so that may be why they are different. In 2007, the fatboy got the 200mm tire as well.
