Frame touch up
Utility black....
Mask the adjoining area and cover the bike with a sheet/cover, etc. Direct spray in short blasts. Over coat lightly until you get the look. Compound as necessary. 1-2-3 you can do it!

OK, so I went to talk to the guys at the shop today, and got the "frame fixing 101" course. $26 dollars of touch-up paint and a few bucks of sand paper and they figure I can get it close enough that I'll be the only one to notice. Takes a few weeks of light coats and a few days dry time between to get the results that I want, but I'm sure it'll be worth it.
