OK, don't have a cow. I know we're beating swingarm bags to death here. Just wondering, does anyone make a swingarm bag LINER? No need to suggest ziploc baggies (for the millionth time!) but creative variations would be appreciated.
They had the HD one on a Blackline at the dealer last time I was down there.
The HD solo bag used what appears to be conveyor belting for the back of the bag.
The quick release snaps are smaller and easier to use than my LW to release, but felt cheap.
The HD uses nylon webbing instead of leather straps to mount to the swingarm.
Seeing one in person was nice knowing my LW was less expensive and appeared to be better made.
I just purchased a hog deluxe true dual swing arm bag and guess what. i cant use it with my rear crash bars so i will have to sell it. paid 200.00 with shipping selling $175 with shipping never strapped on just received and let down when i looked and seen that it was not going to work with crash bars i never even thought about it any one interested PM stupid me
Why, do ya want to take a leak in it? Just kidding. That would add more money to an already overpriced piece of eye candy. I know, I have one.
Well if you must know, , I just need to bring along a change of clothes to the gym (sweat pants, t-shirt, socks and underwear). I'm thinking of using a small stuff sack, like the ones that you put a sleeping bag in. I know I could just roll it all up in the t-shirt but I thought that maybe someone was making a liner since you see so many swingarm bags these days.
Recently I had to take my bike into the dealer for some minor warranty work. Not that it needed it but they washed the bike after servicing. I guess they never noticed the bag was on until it was too late. The inside was a bit wet when I went to pickup the bike. A protective liner of some kind would have been nice.
