04 Fatboy, 95" Build, SE Super Tuner
Will get the 95" build for my 04 Fatboy. Dealer quoted SE Super Tuner. My question is will this Super Tuner allow the tech to get the right A/F mixture. I mean this SE ST, which is an HD product, is not something that has to be EPA compliant and therefore will only allow a lean A/F mix?

Yes as long as the mechanic using the tuner is skilled with it their are no limitations on how they tune it. The SERT or newer version the SE Suoer tuner allow the ECM to be adjusted for timing and fuel at all rpms etc.
It is listedin the SE Catalog as a "race" only componet because it allows the recalibration of the ECM outside of EPA regulations
