The dealer cannot void your warranty because of aftermarket parts. They have to have documented proof the mods in question caused the problem.
Not really sure how the installation of pipes, AF and TTS would cause the rocker cover to leak anyway...

I think I'm gonna reload the stock map and swap the a/c just to minimize controversy. I don't think they can blame just the pipes. I've only ridden maybe 100 miles or so since I put em on. I don't know what caused the leak, but I know it wasn't leaking before the mods. How hot is too hot? My last run shows the motor at around 220-230 at speed and as high as 265 idling at the end of the run.

It is possible the oil is coming from the air cleaner. Did your a/c come with teh little black rubber pieces that go over the end of the breather bolts? Tghose are there top fulled the bolwback back into the intake to keep the oil from blowing out of the filter. It sounds to me like this is your problem. If your a/c did not come with these you can call PM and get some for free.

No, I wouldn't say that pipes will cause a problem, so just swapping back to your old a/c and stock ecm should do the trick. And not to much of a headache if it's going to save you repair costs.

Thanks Drew, but that's not the problem. Its definitely leaking around the bolt on the right rear corner of the rear rocker cover. I was riding her pretty hard (for me) on that last run, trying to hit the MAP targets, but I didn't get any trouble lights or DTC's, I don't know........

Heading out to the shop now to do the deed. I'm scheduled for 9:00 Saturday morning so we shall see. Hope its just a gasket or something simple.
