Bro, you should be a writer. You have a good ability to be descriptive. I agree with you though about your first Harley ride. I grew up on a Suzuki RM250 and then got a Honda CBR929RR. Going from those 2 to a Harley Rocker C was different but awesome. The forward controls and sitting down in my DG seat was like being behind the wheel of a corvette.

Good luck and have fun Bro.

Congrats on the X-Bones. , I have a Fatboy Lo and a Triumph Bonneville and they are indeed two very different rides. I always have to adjust my riding mentality when switching between them.

Congrats on the new sled and ride safe!

Sounds like you have atleast ridden a bike before your first harley ride. I'd never driven a motorcycle, dirt bike or even a stick car! I unloaded mine off the trailer and with no experience hopped on. Bike with me on it ended up in the front lawn but never dumped it. Couple hours later I was good to go and theres been no turning back. So glad the days of stalling at a light with all eyes on me are gone haha.

Congrats and welcome to the FAMILY! By the way, you may want to consider a second career as a woman's romance novelist! Your story was compelling!

It's funny you say that. I am a writer. But this was just thrown together quickly in a forum type format.

Tanks everyone for welcoming me. I really like hanging out here. Lots of good people. Most I have encountered on here have been friendly and knowledgeable, and I find it an entertaining place to be.
