If you lived or were down here on The Emerald Coast... I would do this for you. Neither job is that complicated and I work on my bike and my friends bikes to give me something to do... when we go riding I'll let them buy my lunch and a beer or so.

You may not need a new belt. Check it closely first as they are not cheap and require removal of the swingarm to replace.

Good point..swingarm must be removed for the belt change. We did the pulley swap on a dyna, needed to go with a shorter belt because he was at the maximum distance on his axle adjuster, and still had too much belt slack. Dyna's dont require the swingarm to be removed. softails do, thats gonna add a considerable amount of time to the job..screw it, sell the pulley and get a set of cams.

Find out if the same part number for your pulley will also fit a dyna..you might be able to move it faster if it does, and then post it up in the classifieds. Good luck

Sooner or later your going to need a belt...won't be much more labor to install the pulley then...just hang on to it.
