From what I can tell you did a nice job on the paint bro. Since your going fatbagger style, I think bags (hard or soft) will make the bike look more complete since your running a fairing.

It feels good when you do your mods yourself huh? Nice job.

Looks great and nice job on the paint. I thinks Jim nailed it and some hard bags would even out the look.

Thanks guys, I do like to do everything myself to be honest I have more time than money and just feels good when you can say I did it when you are asked about your mods. I am putting hard bags on the bike i finished sanding one of them last night should have them painted by this week end. here are the pics of what I started with the day I brought it home

I am not going to stop that is what is scaring me I think I have "the sickness" my real problem right know is just want to ride it and I have work to do on it... just got in from another night of sanding on hard saddle bags to get them ready for paint. Then I want different bars should I put speakers in the bag lids O $#it there it goes again.... do they have a pill for this?

Very nice job on your EVO you will enjoy it. I just re-worked my 97 and I still have a few things to finish up. This bike puts a much bigger smile on my face than my 06 ever did.
