The first thing want to do is Thank all the members on the board for thier help. I do not post a lot on the board but I do read and do the research and I have used many of the ideas you all have given me on my build.
This is my 97 fatboy I purchased in november it was basically stock except for the motor. I have spent the last several months getting the bike to this stage. As with all my vehicles it had to be black so this is the first base clear paint job I have ever done. I also purchased a wideopen fairing so I could have some tunes on the long hauls. the wheels were one of thoses to good to pass deals here from Costal Moto. there was also alot of powder coating done. Dr. V-twin shipped the bagger tail today so I will be closer to looking like fatbagga soon.
well I guess let me know what you think be nice this is my first Harley.
By the way I did purchase a service manual and I do know how to use the search function on the fourm, and I do not have any reflectors on the bike!!
That sure is a sweet ride! Thanks for posting this time around! Love the color! Or lack thereof... You say you painted it yourself? It's a top notch job!
