New guy with a tire question on a 99 Heritage
I recently bought a 99 Hertiage Softail which is my first Harley and I have a question on tire size. I am going to put new tires on the bike and I am planning to stay with the stock size on the front but I would like to increase the rear tire size if possible without causing complications. The bike currently has a 130/90/16 and is lowered. Can I increase the size without running into issues? Thanks for the help!

You can probably squeeze a 150 on there but you are playing with fire on a 99. If anything is out of whack(like a fender being off center, which is very common) you can cut a brand new tire...which really sucks...don't ask me how I know. And on a full fendered bike...no one is likely to notice anyway.
