Just got the shield on the heritage and have a couple questions about the lower wind deflectors
Will they allow ample air flow to cool the motor?
Are they easy to install (I am very mechanically challenged)
Do they help with the buffeting from the shield? If I put my feet on top of the crash bar the buffeting is mostly gone
I put a set on my '10 Heritage last summer. Harley P/N 58125-90B.
Wasn't sure I liked the Walrus tusk look, but they worked very well. I've gotten used to the way they look and wouldn't be without them now.
No negative effect on engine cooling that I've noticed.
Eliminated nearly all of the buffeting behind the shield.
Easy to install, followed the instructions in the box. Took about 30 minutes.

Yes
Yes. The 4 bolts that hold the shield on.
You can smoke a cigar while riding with them installed. And keep you warm in the winter. Mine will come off in a few weeks when temps get around 80.
Try keeping your knees pressed against the tank while riding 50+mph. This stops most buffeting also.
