It's raining outside...Finally got pics of my Winter mods
I finally had the chance to take some pics on my iPhone today. I have been buying parts for my Winter mods well before winter came and just got everything back together last week. It may not look like a lot but she's mine and I'm proud of her! Now it will take me a year to pay off those darn credit cards. Without further ado here she is...
I would like to thank Joe for the gloss black powdercoat job on my Bassani Road Rage 2-1 pipes. They look amazing! I would also like to thank all of the members here for giving me inspiration. Btw, I did all of this work myself(well a little help from the Wife) and my bike hasn't been back to the dealer since I bought it last August.

Finally got it on. I am sure happy with the result but JESUS TAP-DANCING CHRIST, what a pain in the ba*ls. HD's directions leave a LOT to be desired as they mix in pre-07 and '08-on instructions within the text.
The toughest part of the install? THE FARKING ZIP TIES!!!1 *&$&&#&#(#(#&@@@)()(@@@*%$^%. I cannot believe how many parts it took just to put this purely cosmetic piece of plastic on the Train.
On a positive note, I ordered it primed, fully prepared to take it to my painter. I pull it out of the box, hold it next to the bike and it almost PERFECTLY matches! I brought the wife out to verify this (she's an artist and fashion designer) and she agreed.
Anyhoo, my last mod for a while... until I order the next headlight...
