2011 Heritage Question
A buddy of mine just bought a 2011 Heritage. Does anyone know if these bikes have catalytic converters in the mufflers?

I believe the cats are in the header pipes, not the mufflers, someone correct me if wrong.

I've read in here that yes they do. no they don't, then only in CALI..
