Planning same mods for my 2005 Deuce. I spoke with Bob Wood yesterday
and he hooked me up with Rods Performance a long time friend and dealer
of his. Both Bob and Rod spent time with me on a conference call. These guys
are down to earth class acts. Expensive but I know I'll be happy and
confident with the job.
I'd give Bobby Mock a call to get his thoughts. He's in Fredericksburg, Va. He will also be able to do the tune for you.
+1 on Bobby. He'll recommend Andrews cams (I think). He also does a decent job on the dyno. He'll tune a bike on PC but he believes that SEST is a bettter product but he sells PC and not SEST.
The only issue with him is he doesn't schedule work and he is a little slow. You just gotta drop it off and its done when its done. Give him a date you need it back by and check on him regularly if you decide to use him. I know a couple of guys who've been very frustrated with the length of time it took them to get their ish done.
Scooterworks in Fredericksburg aint bad either....
