Hello,
I've seen a lot of posts on low profile half helmets, but does anyone know of any open face or 3/4 helmets that don't make you look like the Great Gazoo?
Does anyone make something like this in carbon fiber?
Thanks!
Check out the low profile dot helmet thread. There are tons of pics of 1/2 and 3/4 helmets. I love my Rockhard. It gets better every time I ride it. Today I found I was able to pull it down even further on my head.
Ok, now I remember seeing the Rockhard name somewhere. Sucks that these aren't carried in local shops.
The Rockhard website sucks, can't just look at the helmets.

Here is a photo with my RockHard my wife took on the way back after installing my new tires which I so loved (hence the gay smile ).
I ordered via ebay, very easy, very cheap, crazy things is they sent me two, now I have an extra one and we are trying to figure if they send me 40$ to ship it back or maybe sell it for 40$.
This Helmet is size small (same as Bell Custom 500 Sizing).
I just got the Rockhard this week. $89.95 w/ free shipping and you have 30 days to return if you choose. I'll be keeping mine. Finally got a chance to ride today for a few hours and it seemed like it got better with time. Super comfy and looks cool too. When I tried it on and looked in the mirror, I thought "mushroom head" but once you are the bike and see yourself it looks smaller. I highly recommend!
I agree with the statement about the mirror and seeing yourself. At first I thought the same thing, but then I saw it while I was on the bike, in pics or whatnot and it ain't so bad.....
