Great choice of bike, let us know how you end up lowering your deluxe, thats going to be my next project, thinking of getting air shocks, just doing the research right now the shocks,

Ditto. This guy bike/girl bike thing is pure horseshit. A Harley is a Harley. Period. If someone thinks it's a girl's bike, I'd suggest they should then have no problem lifting it off the ground. That should shut them up.

when you lower the front, you might think about switching to chrome lowers at the same time.
The front lowers have to come off anyway, chrome lowers from HD are the least expensive [believe it or not!] about $280? They look great!
