Default hypercharger or ram air?

hey guys, new to the forum but not new too bikes. i have an 07 softail deluxe, and wanna get more airflow. hypercharger looks better, but is it worth the trouble? or am i better off with ram air? thanks

imho, hypercharger doesn't do much. any highflow a/c should do the trick, but don't forget to tune the bike also...

Hypercharger no! Any other high flow filter will give you better flow.

Short answer NO ... not worth it at all. Install a high flow air filter and get the bike set up for it.

Since you're planning on getting more air available for the engine to take it in what are the plans for the exhaust to help it get rid of what it's using?

I had a hypercharger, took it off and replaced it with a SE stage 1. The SE heavy breather looks good but couldn't use one on my carbed bike.

That phoney Hypercharger is not only a substandard excuse for an air cleaner, it sends a message to anybody who knows bikes. It's not a message i care to send.

I'm not trying to jack this thread as my question is on topic, but my bike came with the Kurykan hypercharger installed. Is it difficult to change to a ram air system?

thanks for all the input guys- the consensus seems to be hyperchargers suck lol. i already have vance and hines exhaust on it
