my pipes? I wish i had found this forum sooner and had gotten more information about all the exhaust systems that are available. I probably would have went with a D&D Fatcat or some other 2-1 setup, but since i spent $700 on my BSS's, I don't really have another $700+ for new pipes
Ever had second thoughts on the bike you ended up buying? Love my Deluxe but keep getting drawn back to a Night Train. Just could not find one I liked when I was in the market for a bike.
wow...they are two totally different styles. I like the train better though.
First choice was to buy a road glide and a x-bones. Could barely afford even one of them so that option was out. But do I have any regrets? Absolutely not. Love my bike, always wanted a Heritage, and I'll probably keep it forever. I think a few years down the road (like 10 years) there will be a touring bike next to it, but I don't think I'll ever sell my baby.
+1 on the Denim Black Street Glide. I use to have a Road King and traded it in for the Night Train because I wanted something a little more mean. Everybody always said the Road King didn't fit me and I agreed. I love my Night Train but I am getting the itch for a Street Glide or maybe even the newly remodeled Road Glide.
Love all Harleys..but started with 2 touring bikes..an 03 Road King and then an 09 FLHT..black denim
Both nice...just didn't bond like I felt I should..
Now, have a Crossbones...which , I love...never happier with a bike!
The NT and the LUX was the two bikes I was looking at when I bought my Train... and yes everytime I see one of these SoCal Lux's on here I wonder what I could have done to a Lux... But no matter what I'm still happy with what I have...
Love the fatboy but the green springer classic that was there the day I picked mine up will never get out of my head, kinda like the girl you see at the bar but by the time you make it over to her she is gone. Keep my eye out for one at the right price but have yet to find one. Wouldn't mind a road glide in a few years either. Will keep the fb for the kid to have since it was my first and only new Harley.
