coil problems

coil problems
looking for some help , wifes bike [04 heritage ] kind of had a bad day, on a ride today and starting running bad, checked it out and the rear cyl is not fireing , tryed changing the plugs and did not help , have narrowed it down to the coil is not fireing on the rear cyl, so I don't know if it is just a bad coil or could the pickup or somthing else kill half the coil

Thats what I was thinking... are you getting spark out of the coil?
swap the wire...put the plug in...put the plug next to the frame and see it she lights up...

swaped plugs and plug wires , no spark , crossed the plug wires and the rear cyl will back fire but when I cross the front plug in the rear coil hole nothing , tryed checking for spark right out of the wire , sticking a screw driver in it and holding by the block and nothing
