200s fit 5.5 rims. I think the biggest that fits the stock deuce 4.5 is the SE 180 tire.. I know my 180 Metz is REAL TIGHT on my 07 deuce.. People do 200s, removing inner fender struts, narrow belt and pulley.. I was told my 07 has a narrower belt and pulley but I really don't know how a 200 would fit but know it's been done...

my 07 has the standard 1" belt. i think only the factory ones with a 200 got the skinny belt. my dad has an 07 fat boy with a 200 and he has the 3/4 inch belt. yep, the SE 180 is the only 180 designed for a 4.5 rim. the other 180 tires might fit, but they were designed for a 5.5 rim. i wouldn't use them myself, but i can't say they wouldn't fit. my wifes 03 deuce has a 5.5 tire and a 180 metz also. very, very tight

i put 200 mm tire on my factory wheel all i had to do was put 1 .8th inch washers behind my pully that got the belt off the tire
