hi all , just updated with hd speedo and tach unit. this is a very nice upgrade. the gas gauage is easy to see,i now no what gear im in and it nice to have the tach. it is well worth the 300.00,and i dont have to bolt on a separate unit on top of the bars. the next move will be led lighting for front and rear.(its all about safety and be seen...i want to keep the shiney side up!!!!).

 

I also up graded my to the harley speedometer/tac about a month ago and I think it was one of the best up grades so far. You can monitor everything with just a quick look at your console!! What makes it such a good up grade is its all just plug&play simple install.

 

If you ride much at night...your next upgrade should be the LED Headlamp. It's like night/day! It's so much brighter than the stock light. I completely agree with you ... it's all about being seen. I love my new speedo/tach too. Had it about 3 weeks now and I'm STILL fiddling with the dam colors to find a setting I really like. 600 colors is just too many choices!!!
