i have the 2010 fatboy lo i want to get the custom gear shift linkage, how hard is it to put on should i let my dealer do it or should i give it a try thanks alot KOJAX

5 min....stay away from dealer. Do use a little antiseize (sic) in the shaft where the shifter legs mount....use 271 red threadlok in the hex screws that fasten the shifter legs...and don't forget the replacement of the hard rubber washer. Be sure you have no more play than the OEM tie rod.

I think he's just talking about the linkage bar from shifter to tranny. At least that's what I thought (2 bolts).
