Looks Good! Yes, a lowered front and maybe one of these HD Part #66053-01 for $39.95. They're easy to put on too. Just cleans up the bottom of your triple tree in case anyone's looking under there. It would definitely show in your "favorite one" pic.
There's a mod sticky here somewhere that shows fog lights mounted under the nacelle, inside the forks. Looks pretty slick to be honest. Your bike is so nice looking, I agree with others that it's great the way it is. But if you can find it (something like, cheap DIY mods) the fog lights under there look pretty cool.
You don't want to mount an oil cooler under the triple trees. Think of what might happen to the cooler and the fender should the brakes be slammed on and the front end slam down on itself quickly. There is a reason there is nothing there.

I didn't mean under the triple tree...duh! Mounted where it's supposed to go, it will be visible from the front and the chrome cover will "appear" to fill the void between the headlight and fender.
I think your bike would look trick from the side and front with a neck cover and chrome-covered down tubes. Then you won't have to hide the gap. It would complement your chrome swing arm and fender struts. Don't forget the triple tree bottom cover from HD.
IMHO the following items would make the chrome flow from the front to the back of your scoot, or you can leave it as it is and it's good. I found once I add another piece of chrome, other parts of the bike start lookin' like they need it.
LOL they say the bike cost is only the down payment for the chrome.
Here's a pic of the neck cover on my Heritage Classic. I left my downtubes black. You can also make out the chrome triple tree cover that covers the bottom nut as well as the whole triple tree bottom.
