Two Hours?
Maybe an hour if they have never done it before

I'm guessing your not comfortable working on your bike.... It's not that complicated...

Take that $180 of labor and buy yourself a clutch spring compressor with a lot left over. Then do the work yourself.

EDIT: Never mind. You don't even need that. Here's one set of instructions: http://www.ehow.com/how_6128686_inst...it-harley.html

2 hrs is a little much, but probably takes into account 1.1 hrs "book time" to remove and reinstall exhaust.

$180 is 3 hours for labor, not 2. If you aren't comfortable tinkering yourself, I'd at least ask them to reconsider the 3 hour quote.

They must have monkeys working at your dealer. 3 hours is just wrong.

Should be a 45 minute job and most of that will be messing with the snap ring and pulling/installing the pipe. It is very easy. If I could help I could save you the gasket and tranny fluid.
