Default 01 Deuce Security Pin

I do not know the PIN and do not have a Fob however the prev owner disarmed the Security.

I am getting a new Fob soon but to program it I think I need the PIN.

Is there a way to get the pin when the security is DisArmed?

(I may not need pin but would still like to know it just in case new fob gets screwy I can disarm again)

Thanx.

once you get the FOB assigned to bike it's just a matter of turning ignition key on and off 3 times and pressing turn signal switches, should be in your owners manual. The old pin will show up in the odometer window.

Ok, Fob will be here this afternoon.

Can I program the Fob without knowing the PIN though?

I assume you know your personal entry code using the directional switches and the key switch to activate , if not , it's in the owners manual.

If you never set the code, its 7-7-7-7-7

1. Set run switch to off
2. ign to acc
3. hold both turn sigs till lights flash
4. use left turn signal to enter number by pushing 7 times
5. use right turn signal as enter key
6. repeat until all 5 are entered and you hit enter

lights should flash and you should be OK.

KEY FOB ASSIGNMENT

The key fob on TSSM motorcycles must be set so it will operate the alarm system on the vehicle.
This assignment must be completed with no pauses between steps greater than 10 seconds.
Turn the ignition OFF after all key fobs have been assigned.
The programming mode will also exit after 60 seconds has elapsed without detecting any fob signup messages
or turn signal switch activity.
Two key fobs may be assigned to the TSSM.
The first successful attempt to program a fob will disable all previously assigned fobs.
If a second fob is to be programmed, it must be done in the same programming sequence as the initial fob.

Ok, Have been able to program Fob, everything is working. However, I am not able to retrieve my current pin, which I need just in case Fob breaks or gets lost etc etc.

I have tried the following

To verify your PIN code, proceed as follows with the FOB present..
Turn ignition on-off-on-off-on.Then hit the left blinker button twice-then the right button once *. You should get the current pin number displayed in the odometer window.

But nothing comes up in the odometer window but the odometer

Manual states that you can assign new pin without knowing old one. I don't know the pin for my bike and am going to try settig a new one when I get a chance. Also I don't think that you should be able to display the pin by a series of key turns, otherwise anyone could figure out your pin and take your bike

Well this is what worked for me, slightly different than manual as manual stated to hit the Left TS button the number of times you wanted the code, however, I had to hit it once, let the previous code flash, then hit one more time to increment, let previous code show and repeat till I got the number I wanted. (after 9 it restarts at 1)

Using the Fob, Security must be disarmed before starting procedure.

Run/Off switch OFF
Ign, on/off/on/off/on/off/ON
Left x2
Fob x2

Left ONCE, will flash current first digit (no flashes of security lamp mean no previous code)
Mine flashed 7 times, I wanted 4 so I hit LEFT and then it flashed 8 times, left again and flashed 9 times, left again flashed 1 time, repeated till I got 4 flashes,
HIT FOB x2 (first digit set)
LEFT ONCE (will flash second digit) Repeat previous to get your desired code
HIT FOB x2
repeat for all 5 digits.
Turn Ign OFF

Arm system with FOB and attempt to disarm with PIN code to verify.
