Ride Wright: Problems with 21" wheel...

I've had my wheel for one year now and had two problems already. First the crush tube was a bit small and would rattle and thump and I would hear it and feel it when it was loose. Just today I found that the threaded part of the hub where the rotor mounts on was coming off. My brakes would work but the wheel would spin a bit. Has anyone had problems with their Ride Wright wheels? It sucks that I cant ride..

Yea Drew, that's what I did the first time. I took the wheel in and he had the crush tube issue fixed. I just bought the rear wheel so im kind of skeptical about the wheels now. Do they usually have these problems?
