1.75" on my wife's '09 Deluxe. No changes, sounds good, and it pulls up with me just fine. My '05 of course has the TC88B, so a bit more was called for when I went with the 2.5" baffles a few years back: Stage I, PCIII and then a Doherty Power PACC to get the low end back. Yep, it's loud, but it's a nice, deep loud, not that wound up, obnoxious, put-everybody-on-the-deck loud. I get compliments on it on group rides. I think all the Rush pipes I've heard have that same tone quality.
retraction my comment from before, hahaha, after taking the bike out today with the rush 2'' baffles, thinking the police here might not like them. might have to look for some 1.75's..
just got mine today, 2'' baffle..honestly i am either deaf, or they dont sound much louder than the screaming eagles just removed, great fit though, 20-30 min install...
After riding around with them and for some time at highway speeds.... it wears on ya.
I have true duals with rush 3.25" mufflers. I originally had 1.75" baffles. They sounded good but I was always curious if I'd like the 2" baffles better. I'm having ported heads installed next month and a retune of my PCIII, so I figured this was a good time to try the 2". I like the sound better, it's a little deeper rumble but not a whole lot louder in my opinion. I think different people are sensitive to different tone ranges. I did notice by the seat of my pants that I lost some low end torque. I'll have to see if the heads and retune bring that back.
Just installed the same Rush 1.75 baloney cut. Love the deep throaty sound, and was indeed a big step up from the Screamin Eagle SP like everyone said. So far really happy. After install I did hear for the first time that whistle sound upon shutting the bike off. Very bizarre, but I've read posts about this before on here so I guess it's normal for some.

I noticed that on Monday, thought it was the car next to me. Was concerned it was an exhaust leak. Did the match stick test after install an it sucked in some smoke. Tq down to 85lbs and not leak.
