What's this leak?

Can't be leaking from the seam between the motor and the transmission, as there is no oil there, so might be leaking from the seal between the engine cases themselves. I would clean it up, and keep an eye on it to find out where exactly it is leaking from.

Its a seam leak, My FXDC did the same thing, all be it the two motors are different the leak was in the same area. Fortunatly the bike was new and I had it sorted on warranty. It apparently was a bitch of a job but if you can wrench and do it yourself it may be a good time to do engine mods whilst the engine is appart.

A lot of bikes seep oil right there even though there really is no oil between those two portions of the engine. My bike has always seeped right there. It neverf pools liek that, but keep an eye on your roil level. Also check the top of the motor and make sure it is not dripping down.
