from the Kuryakyn description:

Does your air cleaner stick out a bit further than you’d like? This is a quick & easy fix for piece of mind. The added 1-1/4” length makes it easier to apply the rear brake. The Brake Pedal Pad Extension (P/N 1078) includes a chrome extended “base” with D-shaped rubber pad & reuses the bike’s stock rubber pad & hardware. The Premium Extended Brake Pedal Pad (P/N 7587) is a complete assembly that provides additional length with styling to complement other Kuryakyn Premium accessories

the part i've bolded leads me to believe it only fits Kuryakyn brake pedals.. but if you'd really like to know, you should send them an email. they're pretty good about getting back to people

Looks like they should work together as long as the nostalgic brake pedal is the same size as the stock pedal.

Edit: It says you need too be using HD's Streamliner pad.

i saw this line "reuses the bike’s stock rubber pad & hardware." So im assuming stock pad will work

Hello all, heard back from their support and thought id update for future

the answer is NO, this will not work on my bike.

They sell 2 different brake pedal extenders:

P/N 1078. Can accept a stock size replacement pad, but this part only fits bikes: 06-’11 Street Glides (except '11 FLHXSE), ’10-'11 Road Glide Customs, ’04-’07 Road King Customs

P/N 7587. This part will fit my bike (04 FLSTCI) but the pad is a part of the pedal, and is not replaceable.

So it appears i have 2 options .. extend my pedal with no hopes of changing the pad, or change the pad and leave the pedal where it is.

Thanks all
