Hello all,
I was in the market for a swingarm bag but I am not into buckles and all the other bedazzler stuff I see on a lot of options out there. I saw a bag from HogDeluxe.com that I liked, so I called them up and asked Mike if he could make one without the buckles and with the quick release clasps hidden under the flap.
Here is what he came up with, which is great! Even has a little pouch inside for holding my registration stuff. Another nice item is that the back is not leather, but a stiff piece of black plastic, which should help keep the bag from sagging.
One mod that I added to it: I have some saddle bags with the HD add-on locks that they can key to match the ignition key. I took one off one of the bags and used a 5/8" paddle bit to drill a hole in the swingarm bag and installed it. Works great, and just a little something to keep out the lazy crooks.
