I am looking to purchase my first harley. I think I have my heart set on a 07 or newer night train. I like the 96 ci and the 6 speed trans. It also doesn't hurt to have the 200mm tire in the rear. I think the look I am gonna go for is lowered, kind of like a cafe racer look. I mean with a small fairing in front (like cafe). I think it would look good in a orange and black paint scheme. I was thinking a matte finish possibly. Gonna kind of go piece by piece. I was thinking just a stage one for the motor. Then dress it up with some diesel wheels and other rsd stuff. I would love some pics of bikes set up similar for reference. Thanks, Randy
Both really great examples guys. Your rides are awesome. Keep em coming. I was thinking there was someone who painted there own bike. It was there first time painting, I believe. It had skulls I think on the black part that had the ghost look. I can't seem to find the post.
poppavein The blackline looks great, just like the night train a little better. 103ci07nighttrain The paint looks similar to what I am looking for only a little more orange and a matte finish. Anybody have more examples? Thanks, Randy
