I was riding mine over 100 miles a day and even some few hundred mile road trips and everything still feels good to me.

I liked my stock seat but wanted a backrest so I purchased a mustang seat. Very comfortable, especially on longer trips in the saddle.

I really want to buy the Mustang Seat with the backrest, but I find that my stock seat doesn't give me any problems. I just can't mentally justify replacing it yet. Most other Harley seats suck in comparison.

I had a mustang seat on my 05 lo-rider and loved it. I have the stock seat on 05 Heritage and it's a good seat for me....

I've got an '05 Deluxe. I find the seat "acceptable" but noting great about it. 1 3/4 to 2 hours is a comfortable limit for me on the stock seat. After that i need a short break just to be sure my A$$ has not gone to sleep.

But then I'm over 60 yr old, 5' 10" and 195. A little exercise would probalby help everywhere including the back side.....!!!

I'm looking for an upgrade now for two-up as the stock poillion is just slightly better than a brick w/ vynil covering and the wife hit 60 this year as well.

I have a '10 Heritage (my 5th bike) and was surprised at how comfortable the stock seat is. Did 2 trips in June, one 1500 miles the other 2200 miles. Did two 500+ mile days with no numb butt or back issues. Pillion position helps a bit with lower back support. Very pleased with what Harley did with the stock seating.
