Taking the battery tonight to get it load-tested. I hope thats it. $116.00 for a factry battery. I guess thats not too bad.

That would be my guess. If the battery tender says it's charged, but the power isn't going to the bike, either the cables are loose at the battery or the Neg/ground is loose at the frame end.

Since tightening a few nuts and bolts costs a lot less than a battery, I'd be doing that very carefully before spending any money.

Thanks for all the good tips guys. I checked all the connections and everything was tight. So I was taking the battery out to go have it tested and when I loosened the neg. terminal the washer fell apart. Being it was tight I thought that couldn't have been it. But I put a new washer on and it worked. I feel like a dumbass but I'm up and runnin'!! I had the battery checked anyway and it was good. It's the battery that came with it. Not bad for 5 years old.
