Got the bike all torn down for paint. Going with a Hot Hue Matte Black with Pac.Blue Pearl scallops. Getting the headlight bucket, gas tank, front fender (thanks to michapop) and rear fender painted.
Pictures below show it stripped down and the illuminator (specific to rocker) has been added making life easy. Although, you cant see the pods; I got rid of the front turn signals and went with radiantz amber light pods under the triple trees, right next to the handlebar bushings.

Illuminator III w/OEM plugs...plug in play
Reduced wiring down to just 4 wires plus 2 for the plate light!
Next post will be a little while but it will be all put back together.

Reason: Update!
Mike your right everyday I say to myself WTF have you done with it! Lol...anyway I just need a change from the stock paint flame sticker graphic it was killing me softly and I don't know what to expect when its all done again but one thing for sure it will be different. All the rockers on these forums look great so hopefully luck out!..will post pics when complete.
got my tins back from the painter with SEM's Hot Rod Black as the base coat. I am now contemplating just leaving it black but wanted some opinions because my frame is the gloss pacific blue pearl (stock color blue). Should I leave it like it is and get the tins on the bike or proceed to get the scallops done in pacific blue to match the frame and silver pinstriping? All opinions are well received...even the smart *** ones
