I've changed my tune... a little....

if you really like it, and it's what you want - then do it!

Kfactor, Harley's are not one-size-fits-all motorcycles. You need to ride it bro and see if you like the way it handles and if the bike fits you. Seat to foot control and seat to handlebar distances are critical for comfortable riding but these things can be modified slightly. Have you had the bike out on the road for a test ride? If you've never ridden a motorcyle, sit on it to make sure you feel comfortable with your hands on the grips and your feet on the foot controls. If you've never ridden a motorcyle before, I'd highly recommend an MSF riding course in your local area. If you like the bike, put 8 large in front of they guy and tell him that's your final offer.

Roadkingharry has some great points
Just keep in mine when buying a used bike. If you get in some sort of trouble and need to sell it. Can you get close to what you pay for the bike? In your case I think you can more than likely get your money out of this bike down the road. As it is a desirable bike. But still a buyers market.

I haven't test driven the bike and I did tell him that I would think about it and come back for a test ride to make sure it fits me and I'm comfortable on it. I'm fairly short, 5'7" 155lbs, but he's the same height as me but weighs about 50lbs more.

If I were to pull the trigger and purchase it, I wouldn't change or add anything else to it since most of the things I would do are done. I would just ride and enjoy it

Thanks again for all the opinions They really help.
