Fender Bib and Hardware?

Fender Bib and Hardware?
Does anybody know the name and where i would get the 2 bolts that hold on the back of the seat and the one bolt that holds the rack.
i'd like to put a fender bib on my bike.

If you would have bought one of our Fender Bibs it comews with the hardware. The screww are 1/4-20 thread and can be found at an Ace Hardware or your Harley dealer. it is the same size as a license plate bolt.

It's a stock HD fender bib that I had customized. The "burgundy" is real stingray. The outter part is fake ostrich or marine vinyl ostrich. I looked at real ostrich as well, but the fake stuff is more uniform and from what I read something needs to give and it will withstand the high temps here.
