Here's a pic of the one I have made by Kuryakn. I like it as it works well and looks really cool too. They use a silvery type plastic, which makes it look like chrome. Looks more black in my pic because of lighting but looks much better in person. On the Deluxe, burning your leg on the oil dipstick is really a non-issue if you are using the stock seat. The seat hang over it enough to provide decent protection. Not sure if that's the case on the Fatboy or other Softails.
