Default Heritage Classic

The first harley I rode was a 1999 Heritage Classic. I fell in love with the way the bike handled and decided if I ever bought a harley it woud the Classic. Well, it didn't work out quite that way. My first harley was a 97' dyna wide glide which I still ride. Last year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and suffered a mild heart attack and questioned my future life. I started looking at the new harleys and always focused on the Classic. I just couldn't stand it any longer and purchased a 2010 in silver pearl. It is the easiest and smoothest bike I have ever rode and I have been riding for over 50 years. I researched various slipon mufflers and finally decided on "Full Boar" mufflers. The sound and quality is awesome and no retuning is required unless I change to a free flowing air filter. I am very happy with my new ride.

Hope all is well with the prostate cancer. I went through that about three years ago. It's an 'experience' for sure. Doing fine now and today is my 64th birthday. Ride Hard.

So for now im just staying local, or within a 3-4 hour radius
I love my Heritage also. Just got back from a 5,000 mile trip and I just keep telling my husband " I Love my bike!" He has a Heritage also, he loves his also, he just doesn't get as mushy as I do.
You should try getting a Lazy Rider bag for your back,It just straps on with a couple of bungee straps, easy on and easy off. It's get for long rides! Here is the Webb address http://www.lazyrider.com/lazy_rider_bag_pics.asp

I have a 2011 Heritage and, LOVE IT!!! Great ride, easy maneuvering and low center of gravity. More comfortable than ever now that I installed a "Grasshopper Ltd." backrest.
