Hi everyone I need help on replacing a starter on my FatBoy 2001. I reached up to removing the oil tank. Could anyone continue in what I should know before removing the starter? I don't have a service manual. If some be so kind and at least scan me some procedures on starter replacement from a service manual.
Hi by removing those two bolts, is that it, and installing the replacement. That's all it takes. Pull out the old one and installing the new from what I understand.
Ok, well I already have the oil tank completely out so, that wont be a problem, it will only make it easier for a fresh oil change.
