All three should be fairly straightforward if the parts were made for your bike. I would guess less than 4 hours for everything if you take your time. You will need to be more specific if you have questions, but ask away.
I just did the stage 1 got my set up from fuelmoto, took me about 3 hrs, take your time follow your torqe spec. pick set for gasket removal very helpful, little anti seize to slip the new gaskets in place,
fuelmoto sent the PC5 already mapped so it was plug & play no hassle I think the hardest part was removing the stock exhaust and all the brackets you wont need anymore.
