I'm just about to pull the trigger on a 2012 Deluxe, was wondering if anyone has seen the two-tone Birch White/Midnight Pearl color in person.
Any thoughts??
I haven't seen the 2012 Birch White/Midnight Pearl combo, however I have seen the 2012 Birch White/Sunburst Red. In my opinion unless you want all Black the Birch White/Midnight Pearl is the best colour especially on the deluxe. The deluxe is all about nostalgia and having seen past black and white two-tone deluxe's that is definitely the way to go. Pull the trigger and welcome to the forum.
You need to see it in person to make your own mind up
It's not a true white, it's off white (birch) but the white wall wheels are true white so the paint on the bike looks dull or dingy
We looked at a 2011 for the wife before she found a fatboy, but neither of us could get over that white just not being a crystal white
The one we looked at was a black and white ( don't know if the black was the same black as 2012) but maybe in another color combo the white would look better, if your asking for opinions mine would be you gotta go see it in person and decide if it works for you as it did not for us
i just traded my sportster 48 in on a 2012 Deluxe in Black. . i know your're not asking about the bike in general but i love it. No pipes or tuners available at all though it has an entirely different ecm (2 plugs and smaller) and it has 12mm heated o2 sensors. .
I'm getting ready for 16" apes and i put a black crinkle primary cover, air cleaner cover, and cam cover on it. now if samson will just release the black longhorns for it, i'll be in good shape.

I just called Dynojet, they said there won't be any tuners for 2012 Deluxe for at least 4 months, same for a full exhaust system. Oh well, I guess I'm going for some Rush Slip Ons, any thoughts on baffle sizes with stock set up?

Thats the only thing that kills me, When the WWW tires are clean, the paint looks like crap...
Well, it still looks sweet, but the bright ww tires just dont make for good flow...
jmo tho...

samson and v&h both told me that '12 softail pipes will be out by end of september. and you can still get a cvo (race tune) from harley to compete the stage I (with an air cleaner).
I've seen the new Birch White/Midnight Pearl at a local dealership and man it looks sharp.
Very classy. I would trade my Fatboy just for that color combo!
