Default Does a 2010 Heritage have a catalytic converter?

If so, is it in the head pipe or in the mufflers? Wanting to put a new exhaust on a friends bike but would like to run the OE head pipe unless there is a cat in it. Otherwise, we'll do a full exhaust on it.

Yes. It's in the muffler.

Are you in Cali or something? As far as I know, here in Utah there are no requirements for a cat on bikes. Didn't know that any had them. Every aftermarket exhaust I have done didn't have a cat that I was aware of.
