Default tubes

I just ordered a pirelli night dragon and need to get a tube also. I suppose I will pick one up at the dealer but do you change them every tire change? I have read of people doing every other.
I am changing this one regardless because it is the factory tire/tube from 2005 but was curious for next time around.

I change my tubes every time. They're cheap enough, and I'm not taking the chance.
