I noticed the other day that my clutch cable was leaking. Is this normal, or is
this something that needs to be addressed?

 

If it's leaking from the adjuster it might be your tranny vent that is blocked.

Yep tranny vent tube clogged up....this happen to my 06 Deluxe. After I unclogged it, it stopped leaking.

 

Where is the tranny vent located?

 

I think I found it. Underneath the oil tank.

 

Yeah thats whereits at. Its just a small hose like tube.

 

I was able to get a couple of fingers in there and tilt it up, and it is clogged. Looks like a dirt dobber. Looks like a pain in the rear to get that tube off. I can't get up in there. Is there an easy way to do that? I got big hands.
