Changing to Badlander Seat
I finally picked up my 08 Cross Bones. Did about 50 miles and not really liking the stock seat. I am switching over to a badlander seat. Had that on my Night Train and liked it.
I know I have to take out all the hardware and stuff from the original seat and make sure the bar slides into the notch near the tank and bolt it down on the tail part. Do I need to put the grab strap on?

The grab strap is just that...a grab strap for the passenger. I had mine attached but always kept it bunched up under the seat unless my co-pilot needed it. I preferred the look without it.
