Default Passing lamp adjustment

I would like to re aim the passing lamps on my 09 Heritage Classic. As of now, they seem to meet in a small pool of light not too far ahead of the bike. I would like to aim them a little apart and a little further down the road. Any ideas on how to adjust them. They are solidly mounted above the signal lights & there doesn't seem to be any where to do the adjustment.
Thanks

Take the bulb out and you will see the mounting nut. Loosen and adjust.

The palm of your hand makes a good adjusting tool also. If they're not too far off.

Never heard of that method. Course my '02 Heritage might be different. Havta have a allen head set to drop the turn signal.. then a 9/16" deep well slotted socket ( bought fron Snap-On for about 30 bucks) to loosen the nut so you can adjust the driving lamp.

Hey Mal74 . . . I bought a cheep 9/16" socket at Harbor Freight, Autozone or someplace like that and then used a hacksaw to cut a slot in the side . . . works great . . . and it was cheap!

Default passing light adjustment

I did the same as Bluehighways works great. Just word of caution, if you adjust them to much in the upright position you wont be able to get the windshield off. That's why they sortof look like they are tilted down toward the road. The windshield has to tilt forward for removal.
