i just put a sas air ride on and cannot get to the trans bolt
i pre changed the trans oil to mobil 1 ( hate it , worse than before)
and thats only after 25-50 miles,
anyway i bought a liquivac 35 buck from depot, works good, it sucked out almost all of fluid w/out draining, w/out dropping sas , now i did not start bike to get warm
i figured it was a quart that drained out & re-filled
re- filled w/ ams oil severe gear and OOOPS over filled it(checked dipstick)
so i used the liquivac to extract out what i needed
is there more fluid deep inside trans?, it seems only 3/4 came out
or a little less, anyway gotter close warmed up bike and rode around the block
HUGE DIFFERENCE im sold on AMS OIL it is a little over shouldnt hurt huh?

Mike, do the front bolts on the SAS thread into the shock body like the Shotgun Shock allowing for easy access to the transmission drain plug? ? I saw a picture and cannot tell from the pic.
heres an old pic , & yes i could dod the same but i just red loctight everything, im lazy and wanted easy way out
hence the liquivac pretty good , i just dont think it got all out
