I'm 41 and been looking at SG's or a Road glide. But, my night train is never going away. For now I'm still good with a back pack tied to the sissy bar and the motor for music.

I plan on keeping my Heritage Classic until I can no longer ride. I plan on adding a detachable fairing and tour pack in the not so distant future.

Way to go, Warg. I think you boosted morale around here about 200%. I just thought everybody on here was turning geezer. Circle of life, Lion King and all that. Hahahaha! I just turned 40 and no way in hell I'm lettin my fatboy go. Maybe add a StreetGlide to the stable but give me 10 years on that one.

Thanks. I did away with the extension for the low profile console. Love it. It really improves the lines of the.bike.

I will never sell my Fatboy .... because short of buying a Street Glide and spending the best part of maybe 8000 $$$$ to bring it up to anywhere close to my paid for custom Fatboy just dont make financial sense

Dude, you've bought that bike 4 times over!

Here's a plan. The next time you have an urge to do an expensive mod, STOP. Put that money in a separate account.

At your rate you'll have another bike in about 3 months.

Default Keeping my Fatboy too

I'm 44 & the touring class has no appeal to me at all - hell I was considering a rigid springer bobber not too long ago. Best of luck to the guys making the change - I get it - but to me, no matter how much $ goes into the glides, they'll never look as sweet as those Deluxes...

When peeps do get rid of their rides at some point...it must be like giving up your trusty dog to another family. I can't imagine breaking that bond
