Like a moth to a light, you'll come over to the dark side...you'll resist for a while, but you'll come.

My train has gone through a bunch of different looks over the years. But I'm pretty settled on it now..........well.....

Anyway baggers sit to high, the floor boards suk, IMO.. A buddy bought a 10 sg and I was all ready to get another, but took a ride ....felt like I was literally sitting in a barca lounger. Not my thing, **** I had to chop a fat boy seat down so I would sit lower on my train. I ussually ride with a solo lepera, but the OL wanted something comfy other than the badlander.

Dont like the way they handle either, not enough power, Thats why I made my softy glide-like, fairing is detach, the nacelle is black, and the bags can come off. Best of both worlds, handling that I love and storage for the OLin the right bag, and beers in my side. Brilliant

Plus the OL says I can get aother bike " FB " after I finish her Kit addition, hopefully by spring.

I'm with you there WARG, unless something really bad happens and I just have to have some money, my heritage aint going anywhere. If I do get a SG I promise you that my Heritage will be sitting right beside it in the garage. Its paid for and not eating a dang thing

I would love to get a road king classic but I don't like chrome so instead I'm getting a Fat Boy Lo and bagging it out. It might not be quite the same thing but it'll be close. I use my bike to commute to work so not having bags isn't an option.

Got the tour pak...my Heritage is a wonderful tourer, and wonderful 'round town...It's just wonderful and almost paid off...it aint goin nowhere, and even if I had to do it all again, I'd still go with the softy. Tourers are comfy, but I didn't feel as connected.
